We had a fantastic stay at a compact annex in Pontneddfechan. The decor was chic and modern, making us feel right at home. The extra touches, like a bottle of gin and cans of tonic in the fridge , and the Welshcakes, were good surprises. The Egyptian cotton fluffy towels and double-sized rainfall shower were pure luxury. We also appreciated the board games, books, and thoughtful toiletries provided. The location was great, within walking distance to pubs and waterfalls. The host was friendly, cute, and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be returning next year.

If we had to be picky, it would have been nice to have a toaster and a few more blankets for particularly cold nights. these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The host was helpful and were pretty good too make sure I had a great experience. The accommodation was super clean and had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, close to areas I wanted to visit and with nearby pubs. The host even provided vegetable milk, coffee, and Welsh cakes. The shower was fantastic and the towels were soft and fluffy. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, providing a great night's sleep. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were all really good.

our second stay in pontneddfechan was even better than the first. dan y coed exceeded all expectations. the host was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic weekend. the cozy and tastefully decorated accommodation felt like a home away from home. we loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary gin and tonic and the big, luxurious shower. can't wait to return next year.

Free parking and WiFi were such a blessing, I felt like a VIP. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff and being connected at all times?

Oh, but don't worry, the lack of a lemon-scented spa bath was totally bearable. Who needs luxury when you have free WiFi, right?

Location, like seriously, it's so close to all the cool places we wanted to visit and there are awesome pubs nearby. The host, omg, he is like the kindest person ever! The place is so pretty, it's like Pinterest goals! And the decoration is so practical and tasteful, we felt right at home. They even had all the TV services and free WIFI, so we could chill and stream our favorite shows. And get this, they gifted us with our choice of vegetable milk, coffee, and fancy teas. Plus, they had these amazing Welsh cakes! We could cook too, they had everything we needed like cookware, an electric kettle, and even olive oil. And guess what? We got a complimentary gin and tonic! Oh, and did I mention the shower? It's like having your own spa, and the towels are angel soft! The rooms were so clean and comfy, we slept like babies after hiking. Seriously, best stay ever! Can't wait to come back next year!
